Terms and benefits in the current evidence

Wages

The ratified union summary schedules 6.5% in March 2026, 6.5% in October 2026, 3% in August 2027, 2.5% in October 2027, and 3% in October 2028; no October 2025 retroactive payment is implied.

Education

Reported tuition reimbursement rises from $3,000/year to $3,500 in 2026, $4,000 in 2027, $4,500 in 2028, and $5,000 in 2029. The payroll-rate education funding rises 40%; conflicting annual lump-funding summaries are not treated as definitive.

Agreed benefits

The linked signed clauses document qualified-dependent pension benefits, retiree-subsidy application, paid lactation, and a narrowly defined hearing-aid allowance effective January 2027. Eligibility and effective dates matter.

Staffing & technology

Agreed AI language recognizes human clinical judgment and workforce input. Staffing recommendations describe dashboards, tools, and escalation; staffing and budget outcomes are excluded from that implementation escalation process.

Evidence limit

Individual signed TAs and agreed article text are part of the ratified package. The current complete Southern California local Blue Book remains member-gated; older local protections are historical evidence.
